Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or videos for resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
