- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during clearance or sale offers
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@jewelsity.shop within the eligible timeframe. Kindly include your order number and clear images or videos of the issue for verification.
4. Return Approval
All return requests are subject to verification and approval. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Return Pickup & Shipping
Return pickup availability depends on your location. If pickup is not possible, you may be required to ship the product back to us. Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Exchange Policy
